seems only the premium zombies are perfect.

The
Cafe Hints and Tips
There are two ways for you to attack attack.
ONE: The 'Official' Way.when you start to attack, all the customers
will run around like psychos. ignore them,they won't attack your
zombies. instead, get all your zombies to focus on a single server or
chef, and continue until there is no more chef/server left. then
continue on to the screaming customers.
TWO: 'My' Way. just let your zombies wreck havoc in the cafe, and point
your zombie to a certain person if neccesary. (aka a chef is beating up
on of your near dead zombie, send a zombie to help him)
Note: When you tap the zombie to click 'attack', instead, tap a
customer or server. it save you time

The downside of attacking is that it might kill your zombies, and then
you'll have to wait 8 hours for it to reanimate. so keep your zombies
well rested~! Also, you do not always get Toxin - especially if you
attack a really weak cafe.
HINTS,
TRICKS, HELP AND PLAYING TIPS
Turn of your net connection: The best way to do this is turn off
internet connection so it cant tell if you cheat it will think time
just passed and then change time as desired.
Leveling out: The best way of levleing out, if you dont feel like
getting bored with the game is if you have the money buy something that
gives alot of xp such as jello mold then dispose of it. You dont make
anymoney in fact you loose money but its the super fast way of making xp
Types of zombies to infect (the most powerful): You can infect all
customers, it's just that it'll cost you money or toxins. As for skills
all zombies have varying levels of stamina and attack power, it just
hard to tell which zombies are powerful. Average Zombie ($0,)
Firefighter ($750, daydreams too much) Cop (1 toxin, WORTHLESS,)
Sergeant (10 toxin), Teenager, Punk, (both $0 supposedly has more
energy,) Construction Worker, Engineer, Foreman, $250, $750, $1500
respectively (all good for fights, and have long endurance for serving
cooking, but hardly make any tips, also slow regen rate,) Yoga
Instructor, (high regen rate, good fighter) Polititian Nerd, Mathlete,
Sumo Wrestler, Boxer, Retiree, Centurion, Veteran, all daydream too
much, Clown 8 toxin, more tips, decent fighter, Couch Potato,
Underachiever, Businessman/Woman, Telemarketer. That's all I can
remember.
COOKING/RECIPES:
HINTS, TRICKS, HELP AND PLATYING TIPS
Raiding cafes will provide a certain amount of the variation recipes -
but it will take you forever seeing as it's pretty random if you'll get
something new or not. Ordering from friends is the best way to expand
your collection, since you can choose to order an item from them that
you don't already have.
Make sure you order something from your friends every day, and be sure
that you cook their orders too. If you expect people to cook multi-day
recipes when you won't do the same for them, you won't have much luck.
Besides, cooking for friends is by far the best way to make money. If
you cook for yourself, you have to then spend the time selling the
items one at a time - but if you cook for friends, you get the entire
earnings in a lump sum on delivery. Also, ordering from friends is
free, so if you do sell what they deliver to you, the entire takings
are profit.
CHEATING
THE GAME
OK, here's how to cheat this game...
WARNING: by using this method your cafe will turn green, this sigifies
that you as a cheater. You will also get extremely bored of the game,
so, if you are already, give it a go.
Cheat Zombie Cafe by changing the time on your iphone.
You can do this by going to Settings > General > Date and
Time.
Change the setting of 'Set Automatically' to OFF and manually change
the time.
Hypothetically, if i were to do this time cheat for researching
purposes, I would do it this way:
ONE: Make sure your time is set manually to AM, it doesn't matter what
the time is
TWO: Start up Zombie Cafe and make sure you have multiple Stoves
(ideally one for every zombie you have+1 for you)
THREE: Cook 'Gello Mold' recipes on all your stoves because they take
exactly 12 hours to complete
FOUR: Switch to your iphone settings and change the time manually,
don't change the numbers or the date, just switch it from AM to PM
FIVE: Switch back to the game
SIX: The 'Gello Mold' recipes should all be ready to serve
SEVEN: Command all your zombies to serve the food, the more zombies you
have serving, the faster you will sell your food and more money you
will make. With 6-7 zombies serving you should be making $4000+ every
12 hour cycle. More if you have vending/slot/arcade machines.
EIGHT: To repeat this process, set your time manually to AM again
before starting to cook the food
Please Note: If you want to reset the enemy restaurants so you can
attack them, don't adjust the AM/PM, adjust your date and move it ahead
1 day. If you go ahead for more than 1 day, the game will give you an
error.

Some types like Fire Chef, CIO, Celebrity, Champ and maybe other quite
expensive type only appear after you reach higher level. The level of
each types also varies.
There are zombies that good for serving, and there are also zombies
that good for attacking competitors. Usually powerful zombies don't
perform well on serving customers.
