Levelling Up
Your
level is determined by how much XP (Experience Points) you have. You
can earn more XP in the game by feeding fish, breeding fish, building
props, training fish and completing quests.

Getting more Pearls
When
you start playing you will receive some pearls to get you started, and
you can earn more by levelling up. You can also purchase Pearls, and
they can be sent to you by a friend, as a gift.

Earning More Coins
Adult
fish that are fed will generate coins for you, and you can collect
coins by clicking on the treasure chest. Baby fish, hungry fish, and
fish in your breeding tank will not generate coins. You have to raise
the baby fish to adulthood, and hungry fish have to be be fed first.
When your coin chest is full, it will show a collect button over it. To
collect your coins early, tap on the chest and then tap on "Collect" to
get your coins.

Help with Breeding
In
Fish With Attitude, you can get a lot of amazing fish through the
store, but you can get a lot of fish by breeding too! To breed two
fish, just swipe your finger (when you're in Tank 1) to visit the
Breeding tank to the left. Tap on the Breed option, and you are asked
to select two fish that you wish to breed. All of your adult fish will
be shown here, but to breed a fish it must not be hungry. Feed the fish
first Tap on two fish here, and watch the magic happen! The egg will
stay safe in the Breeding tank until it's ready to lay, and then to
hatch. To speed this up using Pearls, tap on the buttons shown there,
and you can instantly lay and hatch your eggs by using Pearls. Once
your fish has hatched, you can select which tank you want to move it
to. If no space is available in any tanks, it can stay safe in the
breeding tank until you have sold another fish, or purchased another
tank.

Breeding a Particular Fish
The
game is packed with amazing fish, that all have certain personality
traits. To find out how to breed a certain fish, check it out in the
store and see which personality traits it has. To breed this Flirty
Fish for example, check out which traits it has: This fish is Nice, but
also Brave! To start things off with, this makes it simple :) You can
breed a "Nice Fish" with a "Brave Fish"! A little later on in the game,
it starts to get trickier! A fish might have several personality
traits, so you might have to combine fish, and some luck, to get the
one you want! In this example we have the Party Fish! This fish
brightens up any tank with adorable party hats. It's traits are that
it's Nice, Brave and Shy. As you cannot breed three fish at once, you
have to match two fish that have several traits! You might have 1 fish
that is both Nice and Shy, and a fish that is Brave. Add a dash of luck
and you might have yourself a Party Fish if these two mate! The
happiness rating of your fish will also affect what results you get, so
try to make your fish Ecstatic, and see what happens! There's so many
fish and breeding options to explore.

Making a Fish Happy
Fish
can be be made happier by ensuring you add items or fish they like, and
don't put them in a tank with fish they dislike! If you tap on a fish,
and then tap on "Profile", you can see what that fish likes. Often it
might like a certain prop (for instance a Crazy Fish might like Crazy
Pills!) and a certain type of fish, but it might dislike a certain type
of fish too! To make a fish ecstatic, make sure all it's Likes are
fulfilled, and it's Dislike is not.

Increasing the Tank Star Rating
Each
tank has a star rating in the top right hand corner of the game, based
on what is in that tank. Tap on the stars to see the details of that
tank. To increase it's rating, ensure you check the left side which
shows the requirements. Fill up your tank with nice props to increase
the decor rating, and make your fish happier and even ecstatic, to
increase the rating. To get a 3-star tank, your fish must be ecstatic.
