What you need to do here it as follows. Prepare the bubble stack so
that you can clear them all by destroying one at the base. You get the
Level 2 special bubbles, the ones that are multicolored and match
anything they touch. If you can get a large combo clear by clearing the
base with one of these you should get the award.

It has to be the last explosion... this is the explosion that kills the
boss. Shoot 2 bombs next to each other and not on top of each other, so
that both are touching each other and also touching the boss as well.
repeat this but this time leave a one bomb sized gap between the new
set and the first set. Now, fire 1 more bomb into the gap you have
left. This will trigger all 5 to explode... This explosion needs to be
the one that kills the boss.
